

I don't really know what to do with all this. I just opened up the sda5 installation and that appears to be working better.

What is inhibiting it? I think they were working before? The problem with this installation though, is that I can't access my drives. I think this one is sda7, though the menu doesn't say. I think the original one is down the bottom, on /dev/sda5. After Linux Mint loads, click the Install Linux Mint icon as highlighted in the following image. Can I uninstall the older one?Ģ versions of Linux show up on my grub boot menu. Once the computer boots from the bootable media, you will see the Linux Mint 20 GRUB welcome screen as shown in the following screenshot. What will this do with partitions? Will it make another partition? As it is, I think I already have 2 partitions that have the same version of Linux Mint 13 installed. Now what do I do with this? Do I burn it to a DVD? And then install Linux again using this? The filename is linuxmint-13-mate-dvd-32bit.iso and it's 941.6 MB. My CD came with XFCE, so that's what I have.
